1st Iraq war OK. Form UN coalition and kick out the aggressor (Iraq ousted from Kuwait).<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

All diplomacy completely backwards. Instead of increasing relations to solve conflicts, in particular super powers diminish relations by sanctions, expelling diplomats, reducing contact. All to produce cold war.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n
